Following the growing demand of customers for a system offering fibre reinforcement for technical bonding, FSP-HV1538 Fibré has been developed for a wide variety of applications.

The base resin features an elongation at break of 4%, giving the system its ability to resist long term dymanic loads if the bondline is designed properly.

FSP-HV1538 Fibré can be used for bondlines of high thickness. Combined with good adhesion properties on a variety of substrates, this feature makes FSP-HV1538 Fibré the ideal bonding system for GRP industries like boatbuilding or transport, to name just a few.

In order to give customers the opportunity to prosper in ever more competitive worldwide markets, FSP-HV1538 comes at a very reasonable price.

Processing characteristics are adjusted to suit standard workshop demands. At an ambient temperature of 20°C, the material will go in gel after 15-20 minutes with an addition of 2% standard MEKP50 cartalyst. By reducing catalyst ratio to a minimum of 1%, the system can be slowed down to match higher temperatures or thick bondlines.

FSP-HV1538 Fibré comes in 25kg pails or 200L drums. The material is available as of now, distribution is organized by the Gazechim distributors network.

Please do not hesitate to consult the EuromereSprayCore technical service or your local Gazechim team for your questions regarding this new product!
